Most of our 35-passenger minibuses come in either black or white, but we can also provide silver, gray, blue, red, navy, or even yellow if requested. Need something custom? Standard amenities on our 35-passenger minibuses include high-back reclining seats (cloth or vinyl), strong front/rear air conditioning, overhead parcel racks, reading lights, and a PA microphone. Entertainment options include one or two flat-screen monitors with DVD/Blu-ray input, HDMI hookup for laptops, and Bluetooth audio through ceiling speakers. Most models have either USB-A/C ports at each row or 110V outlets near the rear seats. There’s a rear luggage area behind the last row—large enough for several suitcases—but no underfloor baggage bays. Interior color is typically gray or tan, with easy-clean flooring and padded sidewalls.

The 35-passenger minibus offers more seating than our smaller 18-, 20-, and 28-seat minibuses while remaining easier to maneuver and park than a full-size 56-passenger charter bus. It’s ideal for midsize groups that outgrow standard vans but don’t need a big motorcoach—perfect for moving sports teams, wedding parties, or corporate staff. Like larger buses, it includes reclining seats, A/C, PA system, and video monitors, though luggage space is typically limited to rear storage rather than underfloor bays. You’ll get most of the same comfort and amenities in a tighter, more affordable package.

We recommend booking your 35-passenger minibus at least 3–6 months in advance to ensure availability and lock in the best rates—especially if your trip falls during peak season (spring/fall) or overlaps with major events like the Madera District Fair, Fresno State graduation, or local wine/craft beer festivals. Last-minute rentals are possible but selection will be limited and prices may be higher. Once you know your date, itinerary, and headcount, reserve your bus with a signed contract and deposit; final payment is due before departure. A 35-passenger minibus can typically accommodate one large suitcase (“checked bag”) per passenger in the rear cargo area, plus a personal carry-on or backpack stored either overhead or under the seat. While most have a dedicated luggage compartment behind the last row, they do not feature underfloor baggage bays like a full-size coach. Overhead parcel racks run along both sides of the aisle for smaller items, briefcases, or duffel bags. For groups traveling with extra gear—such as sports equipment, musical instruments, or bulky cases—a roof-mounted storage box or rear trailer hitch carrier may be available upon request.
