Every 18-passenger minibus comes equipped with high-back reclining seats upholstered in durable cloth or optional leatherette, powerful dual-zone air conditioning, and a full PA system with integrated microphone for announcements. Entertainment features include one or two flat-screen monitors, DVD/Blu-ray player, Bluetooth-enabled sound system, and optional Wi-Fi package for streaming and internet access. Passengers can stay charged with USB ports at every seat, 110V outlets along the walls, and additional USB-A/C ports integrated into the overhead parcel racks. Additional expenses such as tolls, parking fees, and driver lodging for overnight trips are not included in the base rate. A standard gratuity is included in your quote, but you can adjust this amount if desired. Compared to our 15-passenger sprinter, the minibus offers more seating capacity, a wider aisle, and better onboard amenities like flat-screen monitors, PA systems, and rear luggage storage. It’s easier to maneuver and park than a 56-passenger charter bus, making it ideal for city streets, tight venues, and short-distance shuttles. While it doesn’t have restrooms or as much undercarriage storage as the larger buses, it’s perfect for groups who need something compact, affordable, and comfortable for trips under two hours. If you need something bigger, we also offer minibuses up to 35 seats and full-size coaches that can handle any size group.
